We currently ship orders only within United States. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

Shipping fee: we offer 100% free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Damaged & lost orders

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

• Inspect immediately — check your package as soon as it arrives.
• Document the damage — take clear photos of the damaged item and the external packaging.
• Contact us — email our support team at Support@forgekits.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and the photos.

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
